How To Buy

Before your dream home is purchased from Koans Estate, the applicant must first download the application form (PDF) from our website, fill it with accurate information and sign the form. The completed form should then be scanned and mail back to Koans Estate to start the process of acquiring your dream home. An offer letter from the company would also be mailed back stating the facilities you stand to enjoy in the said house. A client can also pick application form and offer letter directly from our office at ACP Junction, Pokuase.

Payment Options:

Before an allocation is made, certain conditions must be met. These are as follows:

• Receipt of written confirmation of acceptance of offer (proof of acceptance) as well as a copy of our Sales/Purchase Agreement duly executed by the client.
• Receipt of initial minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost of the house for sale.
• 30% minimum payment at roofing level
• 20% minimum payment during the finishing touches stage
• 20% – final payment upon completion.

Any additional land should be paid in full before the documents covering the property is prepared.

Koans Estates would afterwards hand over the entire documents covering your dream house and the keys to you upon full completion of payment.

In case a client would like to use Mortgage Financing Company, a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the house should be made to the company.
